A Registry for the Responsible, Non-Political Registration and Perpetuation of the Cashmere Goat. 1 Permanent identification on animal at time of registering. All goats submitted for registration must be permanently identified with a USDA Scrapie approved tamper proof Ear Tag, Micro Chip, or Tattoos. 2 A photo taken the same year of each goat in fleece must be submitted with application for registration. 4 Register as Cashmere producing stock with a 32 point Fleece Test.
